| Made in the Tex-Mex tradition from fresh chillies, this salsa doesn't have the chilli powder burn. It is more subtle with its heat thus you can taste the chilli con carne, Tacos and pasta dishes for which it is an apt accompaniment. It is also brilliant as a dip, on its own or with mayonnaise. |
