This blend of French herbs and spices can be used as a rub, marinade or when added to oil creates a lovely dressing or dipping sauce. This blend is a fantastic way to get an authentic flavour to soups and broths.
My fav way of using this spice blend is to sprinkle over salmon and roast in a papper bag with fennel and tomatoes a small amount of white wine and olive oil. serve in the bag at the table for that wow factor. |
