This fantastic blend of oriental spices is a good addition to your cupboard. Rub into duck or chicken before you roast it to give that oriental taste. It can also be used as a marinade, or added to oil for an interesting salad dressing or dipping sauce.
My fave way of using this spice blend is with porkbelly rub it into the scored belly pork and roast in the oven for 2 hours and serve with mashh and bok choi |
