This rub is great added to butter and rubbed into lamb before slow roasting, add to roasted veg or use as a marinade, for that flavour of Morocco.
My fave use for this spice is to add a large spool full to oxtail casarole, with some dried apricotts and chunky veg a good stock and sloww cook for 4 to 6 hours. |
