These mixed mushrooms consist of 30% bolete, 30% cloudear and 30% oyster mushrooms. When used together this mix of mushrooms gives a fantastic depth of flavour, earthy but not to woody. There fabulous in a risotto or soup but once they are re-hydrated they can be used in almost anything you want. |
