Written by Doug Bell & Rhoda Robertson, ( My inspiration in opening my own deli) about their travels in Southern America and Mexico looking for the best recipes. The book is chock full of great recipes and wonderfully mad tales of their adventures. All the recipes work and are easy to follow. I recommend the devil shrimp, made with coke.
